ALFATAM D TABLET Swallow the tablet whole and do not crush, chew, break, or open it.
ALFATAM D TABLET Dutasteride prevents testosterone from converting to dihydrotestosterone (DHT) in the body. Tamsulosin relaxes the muscles in the prostate and bladder neck, making it easier to urinate.

Alcohol: Avoid drinking alcohol. Driving: can cause dizziness so do not drive or operate machines. Kidney: is safe to be used in patients with kidney disease. LIver: Use with caution in patients with hepatic impairment.
