Sleep well at Nights & Don’t Sleep Once You’re Awake
You need to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep every night. But the more important thing is to not go back to sleep once you wake up. It is crucial to be active and start your day as early as possible. Maintain your daily routine and go to bed and wake up at a fixed time.
As the old saying goes… “Early to bed and early to rise” is the way to go.
Exercise once you Wake Up
Your body needs Physical Activity. Stop being a couch potato and be active if you want to stay young at older ages. This will refresh you and activate your body and mind for the day. Practice this everyday until it becomes a routine. Only then you will not feel like doing anything else unless you work out.
You should have a nutritious breakfast every morning. Never skip your breakfast as it is the most important meal of the day after all! We have found out that the ideal time for you to have breakfast is between 7am – 8am. Consider having fruits as well for breakfast.
Keep Your Cool
It is important to not get tensed about anything and everything. You need to learn to keep your cool and be calm. Doctors say that this will help decrease your stress levels in your body and ultimately helps you stay young.

Have you ever seen your ancestors getting affected by diseases very often? No! It was comparatively less. This is because your grandmothers and grandfathers had a healthy immune system.
