. dizziness or lightheadedness . flushing . headache . weakness . slow heartbeat . vomiting . diarrhea . constipation . nasal congestion . cough SERIOUS SIDE EFFECTS: . swelling of the face, eyes, lips, tongue, hands, arms, feet, ankles, or lower legs . difficulty breathing or swallowing . fainting . rash . yellowing of the skin or eyes . nausea . extreme tiredness . unusual bleeding or bruising . lack of energy . loss of appetite . pain in the upper right part of the stomach . flu-like symptoms . increase in frequency or severity of chest pain (angina)

DILZEM SR 120MG TABLET works by relaxing the blood vessels so the heart does not have to pump as hard.
Pregnancy: is used in pregnant women only if the potential benefit justifies the risk to the fetus. Consult your doctor. Alcohol: Avoid drinking alcohol. Driving: Avoid driving and operating machinery or actions that call for you to be alert as medicine may cause dizziness. Kidney: Use with caution in patients with renal impairment. LIver: Use with caution in patients with hepatic impairment.
To make sure medicine is safe for you, tell your doctor if you have: . congestive heart failure . if you also take digoxin, or a beta blocker (such as atenolol, carvedilol, metoprolol). . a serious heart condition such as "sick sinus syndrome" or "AV block" (unless you have a pacemaker) . very low blood pressure . if you recently had a heart attack and you have a build-up of fluid in your lungs
Store at 25°C; excursions permitted to 15°C to 30°C. Protect from light, avoid excessive heat (>30°C) and humidity.
