Clindum 600mg Injection 4ml is an antibiotic medicine used in the treatment of bacterial infections like pneumonia, empyema, lung abscess, endometritis, nongonococcal tubo-ovarian abscess, pelvic cellulitis, intra-abdominal infections, septicaemia, and bone and joint infections. This medicine contains clindamycin which works by inhibiting the protein synthesis of the bacterial cell and thereby helps fight infection-causing bacteria. This medicine is not effective for treating viral infections. Common side effects include stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, heartburn, and skin rash.
