I had my gallbladder removed about a year ago and have been taking Hosit Tablet for vitamin B12 deficiency since then. My recent vitamin B12 level is above 800. Now I am experiencing burning/tingling in my fingers and toes, along with mild neck pain. I walk 5 km daily and do yoga. My sugar and BP are normal on treatment. I am a vegetarian but take eggs and milk. Could these symptoms be side effects of Hosit Tablet?

Gallbladder removal a year ago and ongoing vitamin B12 deficiency treated with Hosit Tablet (containing folic acid, pyridoxine, and mecobalamin) with a recent B12 level above 800, combined with normal sugar and blood pressure under treatment and a vegetarian diet including eggs and milk, frames your medical background.
Please follow up with your neurologist or primary care doctor to ensure proper assessment and management of these symptoms.
