Nodosis-GST Tablet belongs to a group of medicines called alkalinising agents used to correct the acid-alkaline balance in the body. Nodosis-GST Tablet is used to treat acid indigestion, heartburn, sour stomach, and stomach upset. Nodosis-GST Tablet can also be prescribed to make the blood or urine less acidic in certain conditions. Nodosis-GST Tablet helps neutralise the acidic pH in the stomach. Thereby, Nodosis-GST Tablet helps to provide relief from acidity.

Nodosis-GST Tablet is an antacid that helps neutralize stomach acid during indigestion and heartburn. Nodosis-GST Tablet may also be prescribed to make the blood or urine less acidic in certain conditions.

Nodosis-GST Tablet has alkaline pH, which helps in neutralising the acidic pH in the stomach. Thereby, Nodosis-GST Tablet helps to provide relief from acidity and heartburn.

Do not take Nodosis-GST Tablet for longer than two weeks unless prescribed by the doctor. If there is no symptomatic improvement despite using Nodosis-GST Tablet for 1-2 weeks, consult your doctor.

Nodosis-GST Tablet can be taken with other medicines if prescribed by the doctor. However, you are advised to maintain a gap of 2 hours between Nodosis-GST Tablet and other medicines.

Dry mouth could be a side-effect of Nodosis-GST Tablet . Limiting caffeine intake, avoiding smoking, drinking water regularly and chewing sugar-free gum/candy might stimulate saliva and prevent drying of the mouth.

If you have kidney problems, please consult your doctor before taking Nodosis-GST Tablet as it may possibly affect kidney function.

Nodosis-GST Tablet may cause side effects such as increased thirst, stomach cramps, gas, dry mouth and urinating more than usual. If these side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

Store Nodosis-GST Tablet at room temperature. Protect from light. Keep it out of reach of children.

Nodosis-GST Tablet overdose may lead to hyperventilation (over breathing), twitching, very sensitive to light stimuli and high potassium levels in the blood which may cause dizziness or tiredness. Therefore, if you suspect you have taken overdose of Nodosis-GST Tablet , please seek medical help immediately.

Pregnant women are recommended to consult their doctor before using Nodosis-GST Tablet or any antacid, as it may worsen high blood pressure during pregnancy.

Nodosis-GST Tablet should be used for as long as it is advised by your doctor. However, do not use Nodosis-GST Tablet for more than 2 weeks without consulting a doctor. If acid problems persist or worsen after 2 weeks of self-treatment, seek medical help.
