About Atease Tablet

Atease Tablet belongs to a group of medicines called antipsychotics used to treat schizophrenia. Schizophrenia is a medical condition in which the person may feel, hear or see things that are not there, believe things that are not true, or feel unusually suspicious or confused.

Atease Tablet contains Chlordiazepoxide and Trifluoperazine. Chlordiazepoxide increases the action of a chemical messenger called GABA that suppresses abnormal activity in the brain. Trifluoperazine blocks the action of a chemical messenger called dopamine that affects mood and thoughts.
