About Murox PD Syrup

Murox PD Syrup is a cough syrup. It helps relieve cough associated with mucus and chest congestion caused by the common cold and flu in children. Coughing can be defined as the body's way of clearing irritants like allergens, mucus or smoke from the airways.

Murox PD Syrup is a combination medicine of Ambroxol and Terbutaline. Ambroxol works by thinning and loosening phlegm (mucus) in the lungs, windpipe, and nose, whereas terbutaline relaxes muscles and widens the airways.

Murox PD Syrup may cause certain side effects such as nausea, vomiting, headache, diarrhoea, tremors, and stomach upset. If these side effects worsen, please consult your child's doctor. Murox PD Syrup should be given as advised by the doctor.
