About PANTHE 5% GEL 5GM

PANTHE 5% GEL 5GM belongs to the class of 'multivitamins' primarily used to treat nutritional deficiencies due to various complications or long-term disease. It is used to treat dry skins. Nutritional deficiencies occur when the body does not absorb or get enough vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants from the food. Dry skin is a condition in which skin becomes dry and marked by itching, cracking, and scaling, especially in winters. 

PANTHE 5% GEL 5GM contains three medicines namely Dexpanthenol (vitamin B5), pyridoxine (vitamin B), and tocopherol (vitamin E). PANTHE 5% GEL 5GM contains Dexpanthenol is a form of vitamin B5 which provides essential nutrients. Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) treats low levels of Vitamin B6, anaemia (low haemoglobin), and nerve damage (neuritis) caused by tuberculosis (TB), used for treating drugs like isoniazid. PANTHE 5% GEL 5GM contains Tocopherol (vitamin E), a fat-soluble vitamin that acts as an antioxidant with anti-inflammatory properties. Tocopherol (vitamin E) acts as an antioxidant that helps nourish and protect the skin from damage caused by free radicals.

Take PANTHE 5% GEL 5GM as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to take PANTHE 5% GEL 5GM for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you depending on your medical conditions. You may experience allergic reactions, tightness sensation, burning sensation, nausea, headache, diarrhoea, fatigue, upset stomach, sleepiness, and paresthesia (tingling or pricking sensation). Most of these side effects of PANTHE 5% GEL 5GM do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects are persistent, reach out to your doctor.

If you are known to be allergic to PANTHE 5% GEL 5GM or any other medicines, please tell your doctor. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant and breastfeeding. PANTHE 5% GEL 5GM should not be taken in conditions like liver disease, kidney disease, low blood pressure, cancer, bleeding disorder, and heart attack.  If you are taking any medicines or supplements, talk to your doctor before using PANTHE 5% GEL 5GM. PANTHE 5% GEL 5GM may cause blurred vision and fatigue; it is advisable to you do not drive unless you are alert.

Uses of PANTHE 5% GEL 5GM

Directions for Use

Take a small amount of PANTHE 5% GEL 5GM into your palm. Rub the hands together and apply on the clean and dry affected area evenly on the face, skin, and neck. Massage it gently until it gets absorbed completely. PANTHE 5% GEL 5GM is only for external use. Avoid contact of PANTHE 5% GEL 5GM with nose, mouth, or eyes. In case PANTHE 5% GEL 5GM comes in contact with these areas accidentally, rinse with water thoroughly. Wash your hands before and after using PANTHE 5% GEL 5GM if hands are not the affected area to prevent the spread of infection.

However, if the condition persists or worsens after using PANTHE 5% GEL 5GM for 1 week, please consult a doctor.

Vitamin B6 deficiency occurs when your body lacks adequate Pyridoxine levels. You can overcome this deficiency by including food sources rich in Pyridoxine like milk, eggs, beef, pork, chicken or turkey, fish, peanuts, soya beans, wheat germ, oats, and bananas. If your Vitamin B6 levels are still low, your doctor may prescribe its supplements.

Pyridoxine in PANTHE 5% GEL 5GM may interfere with laboratory tests like urine tests for urobilinogen. Please make sure your doctor and the laboratory staff know that you take PANTHE 5% GEL 5GM before undergoing any blood and urine examinations.
