• Adjust the height of the walker to be about waist height. The height should be comfortable for the patient. • Stand in the middle of the walking frame.

• Walk towards the walker using the affected leg first. Follow with the other leg.
• Repeat the above two steps.
• Keep your back straight. Don’t hunch over the walker.
