About Tolpa D Tablet

Tolpa D Tablet is used in the treatment of pain and inflammation associated with various conditions, such as bone or soft tissue injuries, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, dental pain, migraine and tension headaches, and menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea).

Tolpa D Tablet contains Diclofenac and Serratiopeptidase. Diclofenac blocks the action of a chemical messenger (cyclo-oxygenase) that causes pain and swelling at the injured or damaged tissue. Serratiopeptidase helps degrade insoluble protein (fibrin) in blood clots and thin fluids in the affected area, thereby reducing swelling.

Take Tolpa D Tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow it whole with a glass of water; do not crush, chew, or break it. Tolpa D Tablet may cause common side effects such as stomach ache, diarrhoea, nausea (feeling sick), and indigestion. Please consult your doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.

Do not take Tolpa D Tablet if you are allergic to any of its ingredients or to other painkillers such as aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, or diclofenac. Avoid taking Tolpa D Tablet during the last trimester of pregnancy unless advised by your doctor. It is not recommended for use in children. Do not take Tolpa D Tablet if you have a stomach ulcer, gastric bleeding, severe heart failure, stroke, or hypertension (high blood pressure).

  • Effectively reduces musculoskeletal pain from conditions such as back pain, arthritis, spondylitis, and muscle injuries.
  • Relieves pain and swelling after surgeries, sprains, fractures, and other soft-tissue injuries.
  • Helps manage pain associated with toothaches, dental procedures, sore throat, and ear infections.
  • Supports healing by promoting fluid drainage from swollen tissues, helping inflammation decrease more quickly.

  • Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication.
  • Swallow Tolpa D Tablet as a whole with a glass of water.

How Tolpa D Tablet Works

Tolpa D Tablet contains two medications: Diclofenac and Serratiopeptidase. • Diclofenac: It is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger (cyclo-oxygenase) responsible for causing pain and swelling at the injured or damaged tissue. • Serratiopeptidase: It is a proteolytic enzyme that helps break down insoluble protein (fibrin) in blood clots and thins fluids in the affected area, making it easier for excess fluid to drain and helping to reduce swelling. • Together, these medications help relieve pain and inflammation.
