NAUCID MD TABLET comes as a rapidly disintegrating (dissolving) tablet to be taken by mouth. Do not swallow the tablet whole. Allow it to dissolve in your mouth without chewing. Swallow several times as the tablet dissolves. Follow the directions on your prescription label carefully. Take this medicine exactly as directed.
NAUCID MD TABLET works by blocking the action of serotonin, a natural substance that may cause nausea and vomiting.

• You should not use this medicine if you are allergic to it. • Tell your doctor if you have: - an electrolyte imbalance (such as low levels of potassium or magnesium in your blood) - congestive heart failure, slow heartbeats - a personal or family history of long QT syndrome(A heart rhythm disorder that can potentially cause fast, chaotic heartbeats) - a blockage in your digestive tract (stomach or intestines) • is not approved for use by anyone younger than 4 years old.
