ISPAGHULA HUSK+MEBEVERINE is a combination of two medicines: Mebeverine (spasm and cramps reliever) and Ispaghula (laxative). Mebeverine works by blocking calcium channels and muscarinic receptors on the smooth muscle, which cause muscle contraction and pain sensation, thereby stopping sudden muscle contractions (spasms) and reducing abdominal pain caused by spasms, cramps, and gas formation, bloating, and discomfort.
