Levosole Respules is used to treat bronchospasm and symptoms of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It contains Levosalbutamol, which relaxes the muscles in the airways and increases airflow to the lungs. Thus, breathing is made easier by widening the airways. It may cause common side effects such as nausea, vomiting, headache, and nasal congestion (stuffy nose). Before starting this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
