Fosfona Sachet 8 gm is used to treat or prevent bladder infections. It contains Fosfomycin, which decreases the attachment of bacteria to cells lining the urinary bladder, thereby preventing bladder infection. In some cases, you may experience side effects such as dizziness, headache, indigestion, and vulvovaginitis (swelling or infection of the vulva and vagina).
