These sound like recurrent aphthous ulcers. For quick pain relief and faster healing, apply a topical corticosteroid paste like **Triamcinolone acetonide (0.1%)** or an anesthetic gel containing **Lidocaine** directly to the sores 3-4 times daily. Rinsing with **Chlorhexidine mouthwash** or warm salt water can also prevent infection. Since they recur regularly, try avoiding spicy/acidic foods and use a soft toothbrush.
