• changes in vision

• changes in behavior
• unusual bleeding or bruising
• loss of appetite
• upset stomach
• yellowing of the skin or eyes
• pain in the upper right part of the stomach

ZAPORIL 50MG TABLET works by changing the actions of chemicals in the brain.

. Do not take this medicine if you:
- have an allergy to this medicine.
- have a low white blood cell count or have previously had a low white blood cell count caused by a medicine (except if it was following a treatment for cancer).
- are unable to have regular blood tests.
- have any of the following medical conditions:
. myocarditis (an inflammation of the heart muscle) or any other heart problems
. uncontrolled epilepsy (i.e. you still have some seizures)
. paralytic ileus, a condition in which the small bowel does not work properly
. severe constipation, obstruction of the bowel, or any other condition which has affected your large bowel
. bone marrow disease
