Medicinal Benefits:
Euroflex Ns 0.9%W/V is indicated for the extracellular fluid replacement, parenteral replenishment of fluid and sodium chloride as required by the patient’s clinical condition, and treatment of metabolic acidosis in the presence of fluid loss. It helps prevent and treat salt and fluid imbalances in the body.
Euroflex Ns 0.9%W/V helps maintain the balance of fluid in and around the body's cells and tissues. It aids in the restoration of the normal salt balance. Euroflex Ns 0.9%W/V acts as a source of electrolytes and water for hydration.
Caution is advised if you are taking corticosteroids or corticotropin. Please consult your doctor.
Euroflex Ns 0.9%W/V may cause hyponatremia (low level of sodium). The risk for hyponatremia is increased in elderly, paediatric patients, postoperative patients, and patients taking drugs which may increase the risk of hyponatremia. Close clinical monitoring in such patients is advised.
