Medicinal Benefits:
Flatuna Tablet belongs to a group of medicines called antiflatulents, used to treat intestinal gas. Flatuna Tablet is a combination of two drugs: Simethicone/activated charcoal (anti-flatulent). Simethicone works by decreasing the surface tension of gas bubbles, thereby facilitating the expulsion of gas through flatus or belching (burping). It also prevents the accumulation and formation of gas in the digestive tract. Activated Charcoal helps to reduce the volume of intestinal gas and can also adsorb harmful/unwanted substances present in the gastrointestinal tract.
Flatuna Tablet is used to treat intestinal gas, painful pressure, poisoning, and swelling in the abdomen.

Diarrhoea might be a side-effect of Flatuna Tablet . Drink lots of fluids and eat food rich in fibre if you experience diarrhoea. If you find blood in stools (tarry stools) or if you experience excess diarrhoea consult your doctor. Do not take anti-diarrheal medicine on your own.
The expiration date of any drug is the last day the manufacturer takes a guarantee of the drug's full potency. Discuss with your doctor, Flatuna Tablet can be taken 15-20 days after the expiry date given the shape, color, and state of the tablet has not changed. If you find any slight change in the form of medicine, please do not consume it.
To treat your condition effectually continue taking Flatuna Tablet for as long as your doctor has prescribed. Talk to your doctor if you experience any difficulty while taking Flatuna Tablet .
Flatuna Tablet should be taken as advised by your doctor, don't take more than the recommended dose.

Include foods rich in probiotics, such as yoghurt/curd, kefir, sauerkraut, tempeh, kimchi, miso, kombucha, buttermilk, natto, and cheese. Eat fibre-rich foods like brown rice, baked potato, berries, cereal, oatmeal, and vegetables to promote digestion. Eating small meals at regular intervals so that stomach does not have to work as hard or as long.
Avoid eating too much, eating too fast, eating high-fat foods, or eating during stressful situations that can burden your stomach. Avoid onions, sprouts, cabbage, turnips, lentils, and beans as they may cause bloating. Cut down on fatty and spicy foods and fizzy drinks.
