<p>Plerimob 24Mg/1.2Ml Inj is used in the treatment of Multiple Myeloma and Non-Hodgkin’s Disease. The detailed uses of Plerimob 24Mg/1.2Ml Inj are as follows:</p><ul><li><strong>Stem cell mobilization:</strong> Plerimob 24Mg/1.2Ml Inj is used in combination with granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) to help the bone marrow release hematopoietic stem cells into the bloodstream. These cells are then collected for autologous stem cell transplantation, a procedure often used in cancer treatment.</li><li><strong>Treatment of certain cancers:</strong> Plerimob 24Mg/1.2Ml Inj is indicated for patients with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and multiple myeloma who are undergoing stem cell transplantation. By increasing the number of stem cells in the blood, it improves the success rate of the transplant.</li></ul>

Plerimob 24Mg/1.2Ml Inj contains Plerixafor, which belongs to the hemopoietic stem cell mobilizer class or drugs. It works by binding to the chemokine receptor CXCR4 and inhibiting its cognate ligand CXCL12 binding. This mobilizes hematopoietic stem cells to the peripheral blood for collection and subsequent autologous transplantation in cancer patients.
