It effectively reduces pain, swelling, and joint stiffness, thereby improving your ability to move and flex the joint. Osteoarthritis is a long term musculoskeletal joint disorder that causes damage to the cartilage and surrounding tissues characterized by pain, swelling, stiffness, and loss of function.
Xymoheal Spray 50 gm contains diclofenac, linseed oil, methyl salicylate, and menthol. Diclofenac and methyl salicylate work by lowering hormones in the body that cause inflammation and pain. Linseed oil inhibits inflammatory mediators like leukotrienes, thereby reducing inflammation. Menthol is a soothing and cooling agent which provides a cooling sensation by dilating the blood vessels. Together, Xymoheal Spray 50 gm helps relieve mild to moderate pain in musculoskeletal and joint conditions.
Xymoheal Spray 50 gm is only for external use. Use Xymoheal Spray 50 gm for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you based on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience common side effects such as itching, irritation, redness, and burning sensation at the application site. The majority of these side effects do not necessitate medical attention and will subside gradually over time. However, if you are experiencing these side effects regularly, you should consult your doctor.

Xymoheal Spray 50 gm is a combination of four drugs: Diclofenac, Linseed Oil, Methyl Salicylate, and Menthol. Diclofenac and Methyl Salicylate are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) which work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation. Linseed oil possesses an anti-inflammatory action that inhibits inflammatory mediators like leukotrienes, thereby reducing inflammation. Menthol is a soothing and cooling agent which provides a cooling sensation by dilating the blood vessels, followed by an analgesic effect. It also enhances the penetration of drugs. Together, Xymoheal Spray 50 gm helps relieve mild to moderate pain in musculoskeletal and joint conditions.

Drug-Drug Interactions: Xymoheal Spray 50 gm may have interaction with pain killer medicines (e.g. aspirin), blood thinners or anticoagulant medicines (e.g. warfarin), and medicines used for the treatment of venous thrombosis (e.g. anisindione, dicumarol).

Drug-Disease Interactions: Inform your doctor if you have had asthma, urticaria (a skin reaction), renal dysfunction or impairment, heart failure, hypertension, and coagulation problems.
Exercising regularly helps in muscle stretching so that they are less likely to spasm, tear and sprain. Mild exercises such as jogging and walking are helpful for muscle stretching.
Massages can also be helpful.
Avoid freezing and hot temperatures.
Avoid wearing tight-fitting clothes; instead, wear loose garments.
Rest well, get plenty of sleep.
To avoid developing pressure sores, change your position at least every two hours.
Hot or cold therapy can help treat muscle spasms. Apply an ice-pack or hot-pack on the muscle for 15-20minutes.
Stay hydrated, drink plenty of water.
Do not apply on open wounds, cuts, abrasions or infected wounds.
Do not use any bandages after application of Xymoheal Spray 50 gm unless suggested by your doctor.
Avoid contact of Xymoheal Spray 50 gm with eyes and mucous membranes. If contact occurs wash with water immediately
