Angina pectoris is chest pain caused due to reduced blood flow to the heart (coronary artery disease). It occurs when the blood vessels supplying the heart are blocked or narrowed.

Ivabrad M 5/25 Tablet 10's contains Ivabradine and Metoprolol. These work together to lower heart rate and increase heart pumping efficiency, distributing blood throughout the body.

Drug-Drug Interactions: Ivabrad M 5/25 Tablet 10's may have interaction with antiviral medications (e.g. nirmatrelvir, ritonavir), antidepressants (e.g. fluoxetine, sertraline), antipsychotic medications (e.g. quetiapine), antiemetic drug (e.g. ondansetron).

Drug-Food Interactions: Avoid intake of grapefruit juice with Ivabrad M 5/25 Tablet 10's as it may increase the levels of Ivabrad M 5/25 Tablet 10's in the blood. Also, avoid sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium-rich foods with Ivabrad M 5/25 Tablet 10's as they may reduce the effect of Ivabrad M 5/25 Tablet 10's.

Drug-Disease Interactions: Ivabrad M 5/25 Tablet 10's may interact with disease conditions, including conduction disturbances, heart failure, hepatic impairment, hypotension, bradyarrhythmia/AV block, cardiogenic shock/hypotension, CHF, diabetes, hemodialysis, hypersensitivity, ischemic heart disease, PVD and liver disease.
