Acogut Tablet is used to treat functional dyspepsia (indigestion). It contains Acotiamide, which increases intestinal motility, accelerates gastric emptying time and improves food movement through the gastrointestinal tract. In some cases, this medicine may cause side effects such as headaches, diarrhoea, constipation, rashes, and dizziness. Inform the doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking any other medication, or have any pre-existing medical conditions.

I am suffering from IBS. My doctor prescribed Acogut Tablet, Rifagut Tablet, Udiliv 300 Tablet, and Fludac Capsule, but I am hesitant to take Fludac due to its significant side effects and my stress levels. Is it okay to skip Fludac Capsule?

Fludac Capsule contains Fluoxetine, which is often prescribed in IBS to help manage stress-related gut symptoms.
