Drug-Drug Interactions

• Blood thinners (like warfarin): May increase the risk of serious stomach bleeding when taken together.
• Other NSAIDs or pain relievers: Increases the risk of severe stomach irritation and kidney strain.
• Blood pressure medications (like ACE inhibitors or diuretics): Actpar MR Tablet can reduce their blood-pressure-lowering effects and increase the risk of kidney damage.
• Lithium: Actpar MR Tablet can raise lithium levels in the blood to dangerous amounts.

Drug-Food Interactions

• Alcohol: Dramatically increases the risk of stomach bleeding, stomach ulcers, and severe liver damage.
• Caffeine: Heavy consumption of caffeine-rich drinks may increase stomach irritation caused by this medication.

Drug-Disease Interactions

Inform your doctor if you have a history of the following conditions before taking Actpar MR Tablet, as it may worsen your condition or cause complications.

• Liver disease: Can worsen liver impairment and increase the risk of liver damage.
• Stomach ulcers or bleeding disorders: Can trigger severe internal bleeding or worsen existing ulcers.
• Asthma: May trigger breathing difficulties or asthma attacks in patients sensitive to pain relievers.
• Kidney disease: Can reduce blood flow to the kidneys, potentially worsening kidney function.
