B Dril Syrup is an antibiotic medication used to treat bacterial infections in children. It is effective against infections of the upper respiratory tract, urinary tract, and skin and soft tissues. It contains Cefadroxil, which kills the bacteria by preventing them from forming their protective outer wall, thereby treating bacterial infections. In some cases, this medicine may cause side effects such as diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting, sore tongue, abdominal pain, dyspepsia (indigestion), skin rash, and itching. Before starting this medicine, inform the doctor if your child is allergic to any of its components, and about all the medications your child is currently taking and any pre-existing medical conditions.
