बरिजैक टैबलेट 14's इम्यूनोमॉडुलेटर के समूह से संबंधित है। बरिजैक टैबलेट 14's का उपयोग कोरोनावायरस रोग के अस्पताल में भर्ती मामलों के उपचार में किया जाता है, जो COVID-19 के कारण होने वाला संक्रमण है और इसका उपयोग रूमेटाइड अर्थराइटिस के इलाज के लिए भी किया जाता है।  रूमेटाइड अर्थराइटिस जोड़ों का एक क्रॉनिक इन्फ्लेमेटरी और ऑटोइम्यून विकार है। एटोपिक डर्मेटाइटिस एक त्वचा रोग है जिसमें त्वचा लाल, सूजन और खुजली वाली हो जाती है।  कोरोनावायरस रोग SARS-CoV-2 के कारण होने वाला एक संक्रामक रोग है। यह हल्की सर्दी से लेकर निमोनिया के गंभीर रूप तक हो सकता है। इसमें ‘बैरीसिटिनिब’ होता है। यह शरीर की कोशिकाओं में वायरल के प्रवेश को रोककर काम करता है, वायरल प्रतिकृति को सीमित करता है और साइटोकिन्स नामक भड़काऊ मध्यस्थों की रिहाई को भी नियंत्रित करता है। डॉक्टर द्वारा बताए अनुसार ही इसे लें। यह गले में संक्रमण, थकान और उच्च रक्त कोलेस्ट्रॉल जैसे कुछ सामान्य दुष्प्रभाव पैदा कर सकता है। इनमें से अधिकांश प्रतिकूल प्रभावों के लिए चिकित्सा ध्यान देने की आवश्यकता नहीं होती है और समय के साथ धीरे-धीरे ठीक हो जाते हैं। हालांकि, अगर ये दुष्प्रभाव बने रहते हैं, तो आपको अपने डॉक्टर से बात करने की सलाह दी जाती है।
