Blufree B Cream is used to treat fungal infections, such as athlete's foot (ringworm of the foot), jock itch (ringworm of the groin), ringworm, and seborrheic dermatitis (dry, flaking skin or dandruff). It contains Ketoconazole and Beclometasone, which stops the growth of fungi and blocks the production of prostaglandins (chemical messengers) that make the affected area red, swollen and itchy. It may cause common side effects such as itching, dryness, redness, and a burning sensation at the application site. Before using this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
