BUSELIN INJECTION 7ML is indicated in women for the treatment of infertility and endometriosis. This medicine is also indicated in the treatment of prostate cancer (cancer of the prostate gland) in men who have not had testicles removed by surgery. It contains Buserelin, a synthetic version of the hormone that naturally occurs in the body. It works by stopping the production of natural hormones that control ovulation. It helps relieve symptoms of endometriosis by reducing the production of female sex hormones by acting on the pituitary gland. This medicine helps treat prostate cancer by reducing the production of testosterone and helps to stop the growth of cancer cells.
