Carnisure 500 Tablet is used to treat carnitine deficiency. It contains Levocarnitine, which helps your body turn fat into energy. It works by improving the low levels of carnitine in the body. Also, it is used for the prevention and treatment of carnitine deficiency in patients with end-stage kidney disease who are undergoing dialysis. Some people may experience side effects such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps, and diarrhoea.
