Castramid 50mg Tablet is used to treat prostate cancer. It contains Bicalutamide, which prevents the growth of prostate cancer cells and eventually shrinks the prostate tumor. It may cause side effects such as weakness, skin rash, swelling and tenderness of the breast, nausea, dry skin, weight gain, hair loss, hot flushes (sudden feeling of warmth), anemia (lack of blood), reduces sex drive, constipation, depression, indigestion or dizziness. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
