Cazanat 60 Tablet is used to treat renal cell carcinoma. It contains Cabozantinib as an active ingredient, which works by inhibiting the action of an enzyme (tyrosine kinase) and thus stops the abnormal growth of cancer cells. This medicine is known to cause embryo-fetal toxicity. Hence, it is not recommended for use in pregnancy and breastfeeding. Cazanat 60 Tablet may cause side effects such as diarrhoea, decreased appetite, nausea, vomiting, increased blood pressure, muscle cramps, reduced weight, dizziness, and constipation.
