Clenorush Gel is used to treat oral thrush (fungal infection of the mouth). It contains Cetrimide, Choline Salicylate, Clotrimazole, and Tannic Acid and works by killing microorganisms, relieving pain, destroying fungus, and drying up tissues to reduce secretions. In some cases, this medicine may cause side effects such as skin rashes, red or itchy skin, skin irritation, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, and an unpleasant taste in the the mouth. Before using Clenorush Gel, inform your doctor if you are allergic to any of its ingredients, pregnant or breastfeeding, taking any medications, or have any pre-existing medical conditions.
I have white spots on the side and rear of my tongue. On the back of the tongue, it resembles a large white patch. I've tried clenorush gel, clenorush troche, and candida mouth paint, but it hasn't helped, sir. It's still there. I occasionally have a bitter taste in my mouth. There are moments when it seems like the tongue has thickened. Please assist.

White patches on the tongue that are not improving with antifungal treatments like Candida mouth paint may not be simple fungal infection (Oral thrush) and could be due to conditions like Leukoplakia, vitamin deficiency, poor oral hygiene, or even irritation from smoking, spicy food, or acidity; the feeling of thickness and persistent patch needs proper examination. You should maintain good oral hygiene (brush tongue gently, rinse after meals, avoid tobacco/spicy foods), stay hydrated, and most importantly consult a dentist or ENT specialist soon for direct examination
Is 40 mg of Clexane is equal to 40 mg of Lonopin. Plz advice In the last pregnancy I was advised clexane but this time I was given Lonopin so just wanted to know is both the injections are same or different

Yes, Clexane and Lonopin contain the same active medicine (enoxaparin, a low-molecular-weight heparin), so a 40 mg dose of Clexane is generally equivalent to 40 mg of Lonopin in terms of effect; they are just different brands made by different companies. You can usually use them interchangeably if the dose and schedule are the same, but continue exactly as prescribed by your doctor during pregnancy and do not change brand
