Dezex 5mg Tablet is used to treat dry cough (a cough that does not produce mucus/phlegm). It contains dextromethorphan hydrobromide, which works by blocking the cough receptor present in the brain known to cause cough. In some cases, this medicine may cause dizziness, drowsiness, sleepiness, confusion, and nausea. Before starting this medicine, let the doctor know if you are taking any other medicines or have other health conditions.
