Dosin-8 Capsule 15's is used to treat the symptoms of an enlarged prostate gland (benign prostatic hyperplasia - BPH) in men. It contains Silodosin, which works by relaxing the muscles of the bladder and prostate gland. This helps in relieving the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia and makes it easier to pass water, thereby increasing urine output and flow. In some cases, it may cause common side effects such as ejaculation disorders (orgasm with reduced or no sperm), dizziness, diarrhoea, stuffy nose (nasal congestion), and orthostatic hypotension (sudden lowering in blood pressure leading to dizziness on standing). Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
