Drug-drug interactions: Inform your doctor if you are taking any of the following medicines, as there may be an interaction.

• Antibiotic medicines (Chloramphenicol)
  • Potential effect: May reduce the action of methylcobalamin and interfere with red blood cell formation.
• Antacids (Esomeprazole)
  • Potential effect: May reduce the absorption of iron and Methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), leading to decreased effectiveness of Ferbinext XT Tablet.
• Hormonal medicine (Levothyroxine)
  • Potential effect: Iron in Ferbinext XT Tablet may bind to levothyroxine and reduce its absorption, lowering its effectiveness. It is advised to take both medicines at least 4 hours apart.

Drug-food interactions:

• Alcohol: Avoid drinking alcohol during treatment with Ferbinext XT Tablet, as it reduces the body’s ability to absorb iron and may affect the medicine’s effectiveness.

Drug-disease interactions: Inform your doctor if you have a history of the following conditions before taking Ferbinext XT Tablet.

• Iron overload disorders (such as hemochromatosis and hemosiderosis)
• Intestinal problems (such as ulcers and colitis)
• Heart problems
• Kidney or liver diseases
