Fertyl Tablet belongs to the group of medications called ovulation stimulants used in the treatment of female infertility. This medicine helps boosts the production of hormones involved in the ovulation process. Common side effects include flushing (reddening of the skin, especially the face), headache, tiredness, dizziness, breast pain or tenderness, heavy periods, bleeding between periods, etc. This medicine is only intended for use in women. Hence should not be used in the male population, pregnant/breastfeeding women, and children.

फर्टील टैबलेट 10's 'ओवुलेशन उत्तेजक' नामक दवाओं के समूह से संबंधित है, जिसका उपयोग उन महिलाओं में बांझपन का इलाज करने के लिए किया जाता है जो ठीक से ओवुलेट (अंडा उत्पादन) नहीं कर रही हैं या जिनका मासिक धर्म चक्र अनियमित है या नहीं है। ओवुलेशन की समस्या महिलाओं में बांझपन का एक आम कारण है।

फर्टील टैबलेट 10's में 'क्लोमिफेन साइट्रेट' होता है जो ओवुलेशन प्रक्रिया के लिए जिम्मेदार हार्मोन के उत्पादन को उत्तेजित करके काम करता है।

Consult the prescriber if you experience symptoms of pancreatitis such as persistent nausea, vomiting, abdominal tenderness, and upper abdominal pain, especially that which is made worse after eating or radiates to the back.
