Fexy Oral Suspension is used to treat various kinds of allergies. It contains Fexofenadine, which blocks the effects of a chemical messenger known as histamine, that is naturally involved in allergic reactions. It is widely used to treat hay fever (an allergy caused by pollen or dust), conjunctivitis (red, itchy eye), eczema (dermatitis), hives (red, raised patches or dots), reactions to insect bites and stings and some food allergies. Drug-Drug Interactions: Fexy Oral Suspension have interactions with a medicine used to treat low blood pressure (midodrine), a medication to treat fungal infections (ketoconazole), an antibiotic (erythromycin, rifampicin), medications used to treat HIV infection (ritonavir or lopinavir), respiratory disease medicine (theophylline), a decongestant (pseudoephedrine), anti-viral or anti-HIV drugs (ritonavir), and indigestion remedies containing aluminium or magnesium.

Drug-Food Interactions: Consuming large amounts of alcohol and fruit juices, including grapefruit, orange and apple, may decrease the levels of Fexy Oral Suspension in your body.

Drug-Disease Interactions: Fexy Oral Suspension is contraindicated in liver or kidney disease, heart problems, and epilepsy (fits).
