It contains Fluoxetine and Olanzapine which work by restoring the balance of certain natural substances in the brain. Drug-Disease Interactions: Fostera-10 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with dementia, CNS (central nervous system) depression, obesity, eye problems, acute alcohol intoxication (change in mental behaviour after alcohol consumption), brain stroke, heart diseases, hyperlipidemia (lipid alterations), hyperglycemia/diabetes, liver disease, kidney problems, epilepsy, and parkinsonism (brain disorder).
