ग्लूकोमा या मोतियाबिंद वाले व्यक्तियों को इसका उपयोग करने की सलाह नहीं दी जाती है। नाक के कॉर्टिकोस्टेरॉइड दवाओं के उपयोग से ग्लूकोमा और/या मोतियाबिंद की स्थिति और खराब हो सकती है।

फ़्यूरामिस्ट नेज़ल स्प्रे 6 ग्राम कुछ मामलों में सिरदर्द का कारण बन सकता है। आराम करने और खूब सारा तरल पदार्थ पीने की सलाह दी जाती है। बहुत ज़्यादा शराब न पिएँ। अगर सिरदर्द बना रहता है या गंभीर हो जाता है, तो अपने डॉक्टर से सलाह लें।

अगर आप फ़्यूरामिस्ट नेज़ल स्प्रे 6 ग्राम की कोई खुराक लेना भूल गए हैं, तो जैसे ही आपको याद आए, छूटी हुई खुराक ले लें। हालाँकि, अगर अगली खुराक का समय हो गया है, तो छूटी हुई खुराक की भरपाई के लिए दोहरी खुराक न लें।
