Gemrich Nasal Spray 60 MDI is used to treat Postmenopausal osteoporosis. It contains Calcitonin, a human hormone that prevents bone breakdown and increases bone density (thickness). Thus, it helps to treat osteoporosis in postmenopausal women. Common side effects of Gemrich Nasal Spray 60 MDI are hypocalcemia, runny nose, nosebleed, sinus pain, application site reactions such as rhinitis (stuffy nose), epistaxis (nose bleeds) and other nasal symptoms, back pain, arthralgia (Joint pain) and headache.
