Genericart Nicorandil 10mg Tablet is used to treat high blood pressure and angina (chest pain). It contains S-amlodipine, which works by relaxing the blood vessels; this reduces the heart's workload and makes the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body. In some cases, this medicine may cause side effects such as fatigue, headache, nausea, dizziness, and abdominal pain.
