It helps by inhibiting the protein synthesis of the bacterial cell and thereby helps fight infection causing bacteria. This medicine is not practical for treating viral infections. Sometimes, you may experience specific common side effects, such as eye discomfort, irritation, eye pain, and a stinging sensation.
