Goodova 50 Capsule is used to treat female infertility. It contains Clomiphene and Melatonin. Clomiphene stimulates the hormones which support ovulation. Melatonin protects the cells from free radicals that cause infertility. Thereby it helps treat female infertility. It must not be used in pregnancy. In case of pregnancy, stop using this medicine. Tell your doctor straight away if you suspect being pregnant.

Co-administration of Goodova 50 Capsule with Bexarotene may increase the risk of pancreatitis, or inflammation of the pancreas.

How to manage the interaction:
Although there is an interaction, Goodova 50 Capsule can be taken with Bexarotene if prescribed by the doctor. Consult the prescriber if you experience symptoms of pancreatitis such as persistent nausea, vomiting, abdominal tenderness, and upper abdominal pain, especially that which is made worse after eating or radiates to the back. Do not discontinue the medication without consulting a doctor.
