Reducing red meat, organ meat, alcohol, sugary drinks, and excess seafood may help lower uric acid gradually. Drinking enough water, maintaining a healthy weight, and avoiding dehydration are also important because poor hydration can worsen uric acid buildup. Gentle stretching, physiotherapy, and regular movement may help improve stiffness and joint flexibility slowly.
