Keflor Strawberry Oral Suspension is an antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections in children, such as bronchitis, pneumonia (lung infection), bladder and kidney infections, throat infections (pharyngitis and tonsillitis), middle ear infections (otitis media), sinus infections (sinusitis), and skin infections. It contains Cefaclor, which kills bacteria by damaging their protective cell wall. Keflor Strawberry Oral Suspension may cause side effects like vomiting, nausea, diarrhoea, weakness, or itching.
