Meropunch-DT Plus 1.125G Injection is an antibiotic medication used to treat bacterial infections. It contains Meropenem and Tazobactam. Meropenem prevents the formation of bacterial cell walls, which is necessary for survival. Tazobactam prevents the breakdown of Meropenem by blocking the beta-lactamase enzyme produced by bacteria. Together, these help treat bacterial infections. Sometimes, this medication may cause side effects such as headache, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhoea.
