Mext F 7.5 Tablet is used to treat rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, juvenile idiopathic arthritis, psoriasis, and cancer. It contains Methotrexate and Folic acid, which work by reducing inflammation and preventing cancer cell growth. In some cases, this medicine may cause side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, fatigue, dizziness, headache, loss of appetite, and stomach upset. Inform the doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking any other medication, or have any pre-existing medical conditions.

Drug-Drug Interaction: Mext F 7.5 Tablet may interact with painkillers (diclofenac, ibuprofen, celecoxib, meloxicam, acetaminophen, hydrocodone), antibiotics (amoxicillin, sulfamethoxazole, trimethoprim), anti-depressants (duloxetine), immunosuppressants (etanercept, prednisone, infliximab), anti-rheumatoid drugs (adalimumab), drugs used to treat poisoning (leucovorin), antacids (esomeprazole) and anti-malarial drugs (hydroxychloroquine).

Drug-Food Interaction: Avoid consuming alcohol and caffeine along with Mext F 7.5 Tablet .

Drug-Disease Interaction: Use Mext F 7.5 Tablet with medical advice if you have any liver or kidney diseases, lung diseases (pulmonary fibrosis), alcohol use, suppressed immune system, blood cell/bone marrow disorders, gastrointestinal diseases (peptic ulcer, ulcerative colitis) and active infections (including chickenpox).
