Mikacin 500 mg Injection 2 ml is used to treat bacterial infections. It contains Amikacin sulphate, which works by inhibiting the production of bacterial proteins which are necessary for the survival of the bacteria. Thereby, leads to the death of the bacterial cell. Thus, it helps treat bacterial infections. In some cases, you may experience certain common side effects such as irritation at the site of application, skin rash, nausea, and vomiting.
