Moxigram Eye Drops 5 ml contains moxifloxacin, an antibiotic used to treat eye infections caused by bacteria such as conjunctivitis and corneal ulcers. This medicine stops the growth of bacteria by inhibiting the gyrase enzyme and thereby helps reduce bacterial eye infections. This medicine is not effective for treating viral infections.
