Netmicin-200 Injection 2 ml is used to treat serious bacterial infections such as urinary tract infections, bacteremia, gonorrhoea, skin, soft tissue, bone, joint, stomach and intestinal infections. It is also used to prevent bacterial infections after surgery. This medicine is also indicated in the treatment of serious gram-negative infections resistant to gentamicin. Netmicin-200 Injection 2 ml contains Netilmicin, which works by preventing the bacteria from synthesising essential proteins required for their survival. Co-administration of Netmicin-200 Injection 2 ml with Polymyxin B can increase the risk of side effects.

Co-administration of Netmicin-200 Injection 2 ml with Polymyxin b can result in an interaction, but it can be taken if a doctor has advised it.
